Sin embargo, Navidad y diabetes no suelen ir bien juntos.<\/p>\n<p>La diabetes es una enfermedad que hace que los que la padecen deban llevar un estricto seguimiento de la dieta y el ejercicio que realizan.<\/p>\n<p>La llegada de las navidades hace que nuestros h\u00e1bitos alimentarios cambien radicalmente con lo que aumenta el riesgo de sufrir hiperglucemia (aumento de la glucosa en sangre) en estos pacientes. Sin embargo, esto no tiene por qu\u00e9 ser as\u00ed\u2026<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>C\u00f3mo combinar navidad y diabetes<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>1.- Los alimentos t\u00edpicos navide\u00f1os pueden suponer un aporte extra de hidratos de carbono.
