Los jugos de frutas son una opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s saludable que los refrescos o las bebidas energ\u00e9ticas, pero los jugos de frutas est\u00e1n llenos de az\u00facar de la fruta sin la fibra, su absorci\u00f3n es muchas veces m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida que comer fruta ya que falta la fibra de la fruta que retasa la absorci\u00f3n, esto lleva a tener picos de az\u00facar en la style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">La comida frita absorbe mucha grase del aceite, llev\u00e1ndolo a hacer la comida frita en alimentos con muchas harina blanca crea un pico grande de az\u00facar en la sangre.
