La persona promedio podr\u00eda ser capaz de reducir el riesgo al mantener una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable y hacer actividad suficiente al aire libre\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No es la primera vez que la vitamina D ha demostrado desempe\u00f1ar un papel importante en la diabetes. Un estudio Indio encontr\u00f3 que la suplementaci\u00f3n de vitamina D y calcio en combinaci\u00f3n con el ejercicio puede prevenir la progresi\u00f3n de pre-diabetes a diabetes.
