Seg\u00fan se\u00f1ala la OMS, 30 minutos de actividad f\u00edsica de intensidad moderada casi todos los d\u00edas y una dieta saludable pueden reducir dr\u00e1sticamente el riesgo de desarrollar diabetes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">El peso y la edad son factores clave para detectar una situaci\u00f3n de prediabetes. Pero \u00bfc\u00f3mo saber si tenemos prediabetes? Dieta pobre: consumo de alimentos ricos en grasa en detrimento de frutas y verduras. Poca actividad f\u00edsica. Diabetes gestacional durante el embarazo. Antecedentes familiares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bfQU\u00c9 PRUEBAS NECESITO REALIZAR?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Las dos pruebas que se realizan en la actualidad para detectar la prediabetes son el examen de glucosa en sangre en ayunas y la prueba de tolerancia a la glucosa.
