Este mecanismo permite que las c\u00e9lulas tomen glucosa y la utilicen como fuente de energ\u00eda, independientemente de si hay insulina disponible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es as\u00ed que el ejercicio puede ayudar a reducir la glucosa en la sangre a corto plazo. La actividad f\u00edsica puede reducir la glucosa en la sangre hasta 24 horas o m\u00e1s despu\u00e9s de hacer ejercicio al hacer que el cuerpo sea m\u00e1s sensible a la insulina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Debe familiarizarse con la reacci\u00f3n de la glucosa al ejercicio en su caso. Si mide el nivel de glucosa en la sangre con frecuencia, antes y despu\u00e9s de hacer ejercicio, puede ayudarlo a notar los beneficios de la actividad. Tambi\u00e9n puede usar los resultados de las mediciones de glucosa para ver la reacci\u00f3n de su cuerpo a diferentes actividades.
