Cuando comemos, procesamos la comida para convertirla en glucosa, com\u00fanmente referida como az\u00facar en la sangre. Despu\u00e9s de comer, el nivel de az\u00facar en la sangre aumenta, provocando que el p\u00e1ncreas libere una explosi\u00f3n de insulina para bajar los niveles de az\u00facar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los niveles de az\u00facar altos da\u00f1ar\u00edan nuestras c\u00e9lulas y \u00f3rganos. La insulina dirige la glucosa a las c\u00e9lulas del cuerpo para ser utilizadas como energ\u00eda. Gracias al nivel tan alto de insulina, el nivel de az\u00facar baja radicalmente y r\u00e1pidamente.<\/p>\n<p>Esto te provoca hambre poco tiempo despu\u00e9s de haber comido y te genera antojos de m\u00e1s carbohidratos.
