En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, se han triplicado los casos de diabetes tipo 2 y representa el 90% de los casos de diabetes. Afecta principalmente a personas adultas de m\u00e1s de 50 a\u00f1os, pero la tendencia actual es que se de en edades m\u00e1s tempranas, incluso en ni\u00f1os y adolescentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La diabetes tipo 2 se vincula a una alimentaci\u00f3n inadecuada y falta de ejercicio f\u00edsico. Los m\u00e1s interesantes a tener en cuenta son los copos de avena, ya que tienen una carga gluc\u00e9mica baja.
